THE GREENS ASSOCIATION ANNUAL MEETING
Wednesday Oct 5, 2011 @ 7PM

Meeting was held at the Shriners center and 27 homes were represented.

Meeting opened at 7:10PM by Brian Barnes.

Started with reading of the 2010 Annual Meeting minutes by Secretary Mary White.

Next the Treasurer's Report was reviewed by Karol Cooper. A review was recently completed by Sally and Dee and all income and expenses were
deemed as accurate. Our association balance as of 9/30/2011 was $221,778.29 .

Next, there was a discussion concerning lawn care and maintenance. A list was circulated for yard trimming requests.
Brian Barnes agreed to "look at any concerns" and between our lawn provider and a group of neighbors, this list will be evaluated and likely
addressed in full.

Trim painting and siding concerns were also raised. A full list of requests for trim paint was completed recently and if you have needs, DJ
Smith should be contacted. Siding issues in regard to holes and fading were also raised and again contact DJ, yet with fading siding you will
need to understand that this is a natural thing to occur and really nothing can be done except to wait for time and elements to correct the
problem.

There will be street repairs completed within the next month or so. It is extremely important to keep ahead of any cracks before more expensive
repairs are required. Any maintenance desired for your driveway can be evaluated, by contacting Brian Barnes.

It was suggested next year following the annual garage sales, that a dumpster will be rented for all neighbors to take advantage of an "amnesty
week" to clean out unwanted household items.

Jack Read will continue the neighborhood newsletter and is open to "newsworthy information" before he resorts to making stories up!

Meeting was adjourned promptly at 8PM.
