THE GREENS ASSOCIATION ANNUAL MEETING
October 11, 2012 @ 7PM

The annual meeting was held at the Shrine building and 26 households were represented. President Larry Cooper started
the meeting at 7:05 pm. The minutes from the 2011 Annual Meeting were read and Bob Assink made a motion to approve
them, which was seconded by Jean Ogden. It was approved by the membership.

The treasurer's report was given by Karol Cooper. Sally Orf and Gerald Bair reviewed the financial transactions from
this past year and found our finances to be in good shape. A few suggestions were made to streamline the treasurer's
job. A financial statement was given to owners and Karol asked if there were any questions. There were no questions
so it was accepted by the membership.

Larry reviewed the various board positions and responsibilities.

Larry reminded homeowners that guests should use the parking areas designated for visitors, instead of parking on the
street and pet owners should also be cleaning up after their pets.

Larry felt that that our community is looking good and we have been proactive with maintenance issues. There is one
more roof to replace and one unit is for sale.

Bob and Linda Miller are moving into unit 1556 and Donna Bauer has bought 1629. Mary White will be giving up her
position on the board when she leaves.

The following officers were nominated and approved by the membership.

New Business
A list was made available for residents to request the fall trimming of their bushes. Another list was available for
those that want salt on their driveways and sidewalks.

Cleaning the siding on individual units is not the association's responsibility, but if enough owners are interested,
we could be given a group rate. The association will get bids on this in the spring.

The dumpster was a success this year and one will be set up again for residents to use later this next summer.

Karol asked that those interested in automatic deposit of the monthly maintenance fees to contact her and she
will explain how it is done.

Larry reported that all fees from the foreclosure have been recovered.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:35 pm.
