THE GREEN'S ASSOCIATION ANNUAL MEETING
October 7, 2014

President Larry Cooper called the meeting to order at 6:40 PM. He distributed the agenda for the meeting along with the financial report,
salt and trimming lists. The minutes of the previous annual meeting was read and approved.

State of the Greens
Larry explained that the financial books were recently audited by Sally Orf and Gerald Bair and were found to be in good shape. Karol gave
the financial report and discussed how cross checks were done for each service bill. The person responsible for a particular service area reviews
the bill for accuracy and it is then sent to Karol to be paid. A motion to approve the treasurer's report was made and approved by the membership.

D. J. Smith commented on the fact that other condo associations usually hire managers to take care of their finances but we have managed to do
a great job with our volunteers and other board members.

New residents George and Barbara Patschke were introduced along with Bill and Linda Ham.

Larry explained that we are in good shape financially as an association, but more money on maintenance and landscaping is likely in our future as
units and grounds require more upkeep as they age. About $4,500 was spent on the Council Street trimming with additional costs for maintaining
the commons area.

Larry thanked those that have volunteered their time, including board members, who have helped make the Greens a successful and a nice place to live.
Kim Barnes- planters at the front entrance, Christy Rezin- newsletter, Kathy Potter- breakfasts, Bill Nixon- website, Elaine Blick- lunch and movies,
Paul Zimmerman-irrigation, Lou Louwerse- electrical issues, Brian Barnes- grounds and D. J. Smith- legal and siding.

We will continue with State Farm for our insurance coverage. They have the best price for our needs.

Larry reminded everyone to keep cars off the driveways when snowplows are expected this winter. Their insurance will not allow them to plow if cars
are present. A holiday walk will take place in December and more information will be available at a later date. He also reminded everyone that placement
for satellite dishes needs board approval. Upcoming board meetings will be posted on the website. If homeowners have concerns they should contact a
board member prior to the meeting. Brian would also like to know who will be gone over the winter so we can keep an eye on units in case a problem
should arise. A chili cook off has also been suggested for February.
