Greens Way Board Election 2020

The annual Greens Way meeting was cancelled because of the COVID-19 pandemic. 
President Jerry Bair elected to have the ballots along with the treasurer’s report and 
the minutes from last year’s meeting printed and delivered to the residents. Ballots 
were delivered and were returned to our secretary, Linda Miller. Residents were 
instructed to either approve or disapprove the Treasurer’s report and the 2019 annual 
meeting minutes. The ballots were a vote for the following positions:

President
Vice President
Treasurer 
Secretary
       +
3 Board Members
Forty-three ballots were returned and counted on October 26th, 2020 by 
Bob Assink, Karol Cooper and Linda Miller. All reports were approved. 

The following were elected:
