Old Business
There will be no garage sale this year due to lack of interest. A dumpster will again be rented and put on
the west end parking area in mid June. This is for residents use only. The irrigation system will be hooked up
soon and the valves and sensors checked. Seven residents have reported gutter leaks which will be fixed. A
reoccurring sink hole has also developed in Jean Ogden's yard. The cleaning out of gutters was discussed again.
Hiring someone to clean them out twice a year may be quite expensive, but may be necessary to prevent future
damage to the roof and siding.

Lawn and tree work will continue as needed. We may need to remove a tree behind Dee Brown's unit and lilac bushes on the north
side were also discussed. Since the property line is unclear, we don't know who is responsible for the upkeep of this area. It may be
possible to have Brain Engineering come out and determine our property lines. Bob made a motion to have the property lines located
and Sally Orf seconded the motion, and it was passed by the board.

A small piece of land on Council Street was discussed and it is not known who owns it. It has been a tangle of weeds and trees
and does not seem to be maintained by anyone. Gerald Bair was asked to find out some information on this area and report back
to the board.

Larry and Lou are going to meet and discuss the possibility of changing to LED lighting. It may be cheaper in the long run to make
this kind of change. They will gather some data to see if this is a worthwhile effort.

The west end mail box area was discussed again. The current trees/bushes in that area are becoming an eyesore. Should they be
trimmed up or replaced with something else? Donna Bauer brought some drawings that would include a fence. A committee was
formed of the Hams, Reads, and Bob to look into solutions for this area.

Brian discussed creating a budget for upkeep of the Greens. Donna Bauer volunteered to help with this since she has had previous
experience in this area.

A new editor for the Green's newsletter will be needed soon due to Christy's move. If you are interested in helping let Larry know.

An email will be sent out to remind residents not to store garbage cans outside their units.
