Roofs and Snow
Brian Barnes reported that there have been some leaks in units that have had recent roof repairs and he
has been in contact with EIC Roofing. The feeling is that they should not be charging the Association for
these problems. Their bill will not be paid until EIC discusses the issues with Brian.

Clean Cut has done a poor job with snow removal in January; damaging sod, reckless driving of their
equipment and less than optimal snow removal. Brian has been in contact with Clean Cut.
