The minutes from the previous meeting were read and approved. Karol gave the treasurer's
report, which can be located on the Green's website.

Old Business
Some gutters were checked this fall, but bad weather came early so the job was not completed.
The bid to clean out the gutters turned out to be quite expensive, so the board will look for other
ways to get the job done. Ben Barnes was mentioned as a possibility for the job.

Direct deposit for the monthly Green's fees was discussed. Residents can sign up for this through
their banks. The fees are due on the first of each month and Karol would like all checks to be in
by the 10th of each month, so she can make the deposit. Karol will send out a letter explaining the
details. If residents need to make other arrangements, they should contact Karol.

Important Dates for 2015
Annual Meeting- October 13
Chili Cook off- February (date to be determined)
Picnic- July 26
Garage Sale- to be determined. Larry would like to have a volunteer to organize it and have at least
four units participate. Contact Larry if you are interested.

A dumpster will also be made available for residents use and should be located in the west parking area.

Landscaping
Landscaping at the front entry was briefly discussed and will be decided upon at a later date. The
overgrown bushes by the west-end mailboxes need some attention. A six foot fence is a possibility,
but would involve some expense to remove the bushes and install a fence. It was suggested that they
could be cleaned up and see what that does to improve the overall area. The board will continue this
discussion at a later date.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:10 pm.
