Larry wanted to have a quick meeting to go over upcoming dates and information.

1. The Chili/Soup Cookoff will be Tuesday Feb. 13th at St. Pius starting at 6:00 PM. We need volunteers for chili and
soup. Sally Orf volunteered and Zimmerman's. Feel free to bring some snacks to go along with the chili/soup. Let
Paul know if you are going to bring Chili/soup.

2. We will be having the dumpster delivered on June 15th and will be here till the 25th. More info later on this.

3. The Green's Annual Meeting will be in early October and more information will come on this. It will be held at
the El Kahir Building.

4. Everyone commented on the front entry plantings and there is money in the budget to do this again. Thanks to
all who helped plant, water and weed.

5. We talked about the butterfly's that George has faithfully taken care of in the past. We will talk to George
about doing this again for 2018. We want to find out what types of flowers or plants that will attract the Monarchs.
This will be put in the newsletter.

6. We have had some grub problems in the past and we will just let the professionals handle this. So if you notice
spots in your lawn that you think maybe grubs please call Larry Cooper or Brian Barnes and they will notify Greg's
to check it out.

7. Larry talked with Zack from Greg's about the snow removal and salt policy. Some of the homeowners do not want to
have their driveways and walks salted. We put a sheet out at the annual meeting telling the people if you do not
want the salt to put your name on the sheet. Larry went over this with Greg's.

8. The irrigation system is getting old and we are starting to have problems with equipment. This summer we will look
at some of the boxes that need to be replaced and check the commons for areas that are sinking. The replacing will
be done in increments.

9. We will add to the Green's Web page names of contractors such as general building contractors, painters , handy men
etc. for people who may be in need of someone. So if you have had a good experience with people who repaired things
for you or know of good people just let Sally Orf or Elaine Blick know and they will update the web page.

10. D and D will be cleaning the gutters in the Spring.

11. In the Spring we will check about extending the border by Dee Brown's house.
