Deck Approval:
Proposed deck remodel at Mike Lindeman residence located at 1513 Greens Way. Mike presented a
drawing from Top Quality Carpentry. The existing screened in area will not change except for the
additional of new EZE Breeze window units installed. Construction of a 35’x 14’ deck with a 5’x 4’
landing will be added. A motion was made to approve this new addition with a unanimous vote of approval.

Condo Insurance Questions:
President Bair has requested more information from our State Farm agent Kari Klein in regards to our
association homeowner’s insurance coverage. Clarification is needed as to what is covered by the
association and what the home owner is responsible for.

Condo association coverage will insure the basic building (walls, roof, etc.). The condo unit owner
is responsible to insure appliances carpeting, cabinets, wall coverings and other items in your unit.
Clarification is needed as to whether the policy states if the electrical and plumbing are covered by
the association policy.

The policy with State Farm should be reviewed and also all unit owners should be sure that they have
adequate coverage. Every unit is different and what is right insurance coverage for one is not necessarily
enough for another and you as an owner should possibly update your coverage for peace of mind.

President Jerry has requested a complete policy from State Farm and it will be reviewed. At this time no
changes have been made.

Rules Meeting:
A rules meeting is scheduled for January 29 & 30th from 1:30 to 3:30.

The next Condo Board Meeting will be on March 10th at 2:00.

A motion was made to adjourn and was seconded.
