Members Present:
Larry Cooper, Sally Taylor, Norm Stepleton, Brian Barnes, Jack Read,
Elaine Read, Gerald Bair, Bill Nixon and Karol Cooper.
Also attending were Kim Barnes and Kathy Potter.

This was a call meeting requested by Brian and Kim Barnes. They are interested in
buying unit 1544 and would like to make some changes to the structure that would
require board approval. Drawings were presented that showed the enclosure of the
existing deck which will become a four seasons room and the addition of some stairs.
A space under the deck will be enclosed for additional storage. They would also like
to add on to the kitchen area and expand the current structure, which will change the
footprint of the original unit. An outline of the additional structure was provided.
After some discussion and questions Gerald Bair made a motion to approve the enclosed
deck, stairs, and kitchen addition with the understanding that the existing roof line
is extended for the addition. A berm will also be added to prevent flooding of the unit
and a tree may need to be removed at the corner of the unit at their expense. The motion
was passed. Sally Taylor made a motion to adjourn the meeting and it was seconded by
Bill Nixon at 4:40pm.
