Greens Board Meeting - July 16, 2019

Board members present - Paul Zimmerman, Sally Taylor, Sally Orf, Karol Cooper, Elaine Blick, Bob Miller,
Rosie Turnis, Abbie Smith, Elaine Read and Martha Parks.
Excused Absence - Bill Nixon

Meeting called to order at 2:03 PM.

Paul Zimmerman reported we had two estimates for fixing the concrete in east end parking.
Rosie made a motion to vote on the one from RDS,LLC Company. It passed unanimously.

Report on the work of the water committee was presented by Abbie Smith. It was decided that Abbie will get
more estimates to repair the tile to correct the water issues on the west end. Abbie will schedule a meeting
with the residents of the west end only to discuss the water issues.
Motion for Abbie to proceed was made by Sally Orf and seconded by Bob Miller.

Paul Zimmerman reported that he will shorten the run time of the irrigation system in the commons area to see if
that will take care of the water problem. He mentioned calling Flemming about adding extra tile lines to existing
drainage system. Dave Schmitt has given us an estimate to add new tile lines. We may want to delay this work if
shortening the run time of irrigation helps the problem. Bob Miller will contact grading companies for estimates for
grading in the commons area.
