Minutes from online Greens Way Board Meetings:

July 20th
President Jerry Bair presented the board with options for tree ownership.
The options were:
A. Association Owns All Trees
B. Owners Own All Trees
C. Owners own front yard tree and Association all the rest.
The majority of the board voted that the association would own all trees. This will then need to be voted
on by the residents for approval.

The previous rule change recommendations were approved at the previous meeting.

July 23rd
Diana Holland at 1634 asked for board approval to replace her screened in porch with windows and replace
her deck with a low maintenance composite material. This was approved.

August 1st thru August 5th
Discussion regarding the State Farm settlement. The board had previously awarded the bid to D&D but there
were concerns regarding the payment amount for actual cash value which is replacement value less depreciation.
The association must do all the work listed and submit invoices to get the additional full replacement value
check. The first check has been received and D&D has been instructed to begin the work as soon as possible.

The insurance settlement did not have the right amount of shingles for the correct addresses, so it was
impossible to tell how many shingles to order by color for each building. The State Farm adjustor will be
here starting August 29 and reevaluate the roofs.
