Meeting started at 7:00 P.M.

1. The retaining wall on the West side fell over after a heavy rain.
It was determined that the wall should be replaced. Rosie made a
motion to accept the wall to be replaced. Bob Assink seconded it.

2. The last Greens Board Mtg. the board decided to put a fence up
on the Northside of the Greens. We need a motion to repeal this
decision. Rosie made a motion to repeal this and Norm Stepleton
seconded it. Motion repealed.

3. The board re-introduced putting mulch behind these houses with
stone blocks around the mulch. This would be behind Rosie Turnis,
Martha and Forrest Parks and Dick Palma's houses. Sally Taylor made
a motion to accept and Rosie seconded. Motion was passed.

4. Due to the fencing project being repealed it was discussed to put
up 29 trees along the Northside. Rosie made a motion to accept and
Sally Orf seconded it. It was put to vote. Four people abstained and
six voted yes.

Rosie made a motion to adjourn the meeting and Sally Orf seconded it.

Note: The Green's Picnic will be on 9-18-16

Addended information to the minutes of our last meeting.
The GHA board of directors approved the following projects.
1. Repair the collapsed retaining wall behind 1602/1606, also add new
drainage from around 1606 to 1610. $11,738.27
2. Create a mulch and stone area behind 1636/1638. $3160.003.
3. Plant 29 five foot Arborvitae trees behind 1638 - 1652. $4590.00
