Notes the gutters will be cleaned in the Fall around the Sept. and Oct. timeframe.
Also the trimming of the trees and bushes will take place in the Fall.

Norm and Kathy Stepleton need to have their roof replaced. Rosie made a motion
to accept and it was seconded by Paul Zimmerman.

It was brought to the board's attention that several houses had chimneys that
were plugged with birds' nests. This is a very serious problem. There will be
an inspection of all the houses and any birds nests will be cleaned out and then
a cap will be installed to prevent future problems. Paul Zimmerman made a motion
to accept and Norm Stepleton seconded it.

The board approved moving the annual Greens picnic from August to September.
More will be coming on this item.

Elaine Read has retired as secretary for the Greens. We want to thank Elaine
for all the good work that she did as the secretary. Donna Zimmerman will be
acting secretary until the election at the Annual Greens Board Meeting. Jerry
Bair made a motion to approve and Larry Cooper seconded it.

Jerry Bair presented a report on putting a 6 ft. fence along the yards of houses
that back up to the Northbrook houses. This would involve some mulching and concrete
work. The board approved this project. The fence would have to be erected 8 ft. in
to allow for any utility work.

Jerry Bair also had several other items that was presented to the board.
1. The salting of the entrance and exits to the Greens when there is ice present.
2. When leaving the Greens the two trees on the left side hinder the view of the
street. Jerry is going to contact the City and see what can be done. In the mean
time when you leave the Greens stay back behind the side walk and it gives you a
better view before you pull out.
3. Jerry wondered if the By-Laws could be added to the Web site. Everyone should
have a copy, if not, they can be purchased at the court house. We are not making
copies.

Karol Cooper told the board that the finances were up to date and a summary can be
found on the website.

It was noted the Bill Ham is restricted to, NO PHYSICAL WORK, for one year.

Brian made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:00 P.M. Paul Zimmerman seconded it.
