Greens Way Board Meeting

Board Members:

Bill Ham, Elaine Read, Elaine Blick, Bob Assink, Mike Lindeman and past president Jerry Baer.

Jerry Baer attended this meeting to discuss some of the changes from State Farm Insurance regarding what they would pay for. First, State Farm stated they would only pay for damage not part of our condo rules and regulations responsibility. Example: decks are the property of the homeowner. Then Jerry received word that they would cover decks, screens and windows. It was decided to send out a letter to all condo residents to inform them of this change and give them the opportunity to submit any possible claims for reimbursement.

Jerry stated that there were some contractors that had submitted bills and they needed to by paid. These bills were approved for payment.

The roofing project had been paid for.

Brian has contracted with Beckwith Gutter Co to install all gutters and downspouts. If you currently have gutter guards they will also be replaced.

Linda Miller suggested getting mulch for the berm area’s and had gotten a quote from Cedar River Garden Center. Ten loads of mulch and the labor were approved.

State Farm has approved the payment of fixing the damaged fins on 20 damaged air conditioners. Ben Barnes will be doing this work.
