Meeting was called to order at 2:30 pm by President Bair.
The next meeting date was set for June 16th.

The minutes from the last meeting held on January 15th were read by Linda Miller and the minutes were approved.

Unfinished Business:
The window sill at 1618 (Deane Hinz) home is still unfinished but Karol said that Maintenance Plus has been
contracted to do the work and will complete it this Spring.

Mike Lindeman’s Deck:
In order to complete the deck Mike needs approval to remove a tree and he stated that he will be responsible
for the removal and replanting of a new tree. His contractor will be pouring a concrete slab under the deck.
A motion was made to approve and was seconded.

New Business:
Rules and Regulations:
Committee consist of the following members.
Elaine Read, Rose Turnis, Sally Orf , Mike Lindeman, Karol Cooper. Martha Parks and Jerry Bair.

Condo Rules:
Change recommendations for some of the Association rules were presented to the Board of Directors, many to
improve the clarity of the rules. Some were approved by the Board to be presented to the residents for approval.
Additional changes are still being discussed and will be reviewed at the next meeting. All residents will then
have an opportunity to vote on all of these change proposals after the Board completes discussion. A voting date
has not yet been determined and all residents will be notified of the date well before the deadline.

Dumpster:
The subject on whether to provide a dumpster for the residents was discussed. This is a nice perk and it was
approved but we also need to make sure this is not abused by throwing in items that ABC Disposal will not take.
The cost is $250 and the dates are June 12th through the 22nd.

Greens Way Picnic:
The date of Sunday September 13th was chosen and Abbie Smith volunteered to host this event.

Garage Sales:
It was decided to no longer allow the residents to have garage sales. The only exception would be a moving or
estate sale with permission from the board.

Youngblut/Smith Front Porch Columns:
It was brought to President Bair’s attention that they have some rotting on their porch columns. Linda Miller
will call Gary Cole our maintenance person for outside unit repairs.

Insurance Task Force:
We are still in the process of reviewing The Associations Insurance policy so see if any revisions should be made.
This will be discussed at our June meeting. That committee consist of Sally Orf, Martha Parks, Mike Lindeman, Abbie
Smith, Karol Cooper, Linda Miller and Jerry Bair.

Rosie’s Turnis Yard:
Rosie has requested that the lilacs behind her house be removed because she feels they are an eyesore. It was
suggested that we could have Greg’s LawnService do it, but the question of who is responsible for payment
(Association or the homeowner) was discussed. No decision was made at this time and will be discussed further
at the next meeting.

Other Business: Jack & Elaine Read have plans to change out their front driveway lights and she brought some
pictures of the new fixtures. This was approved.

Front Entrance Flowers: Kim Barnes has agreed to plant the four entrance pots. We thank her because she
has a green thumb and wonderful taste in flowers. The flower allowance is $300 and this was approved by all.

Meeting was adjourned at 4:45.

Secretary
