President Larry Cooper called the meeting to order.
Bill Nixon, Donna Zimmerman, Bob Assink, Brian Barnes and Bill Ham were excused. Jerry Bair, Elaine Read, Bob Miller,
Rosie Turnis, Paul Zimmerman, Karol Cooper and Elaine Blick were present.
Minutes from the November meeting were approved. Treasure report was $14,148.00. Plus our reserve. Our expenses have
been low just because of the time of year.
1.  As summer approaches we have things that need replaced. The roofs of #1632 and #1664 need to be looked at
as they are two of our older roofs.
2.  This is the second year since our ash trees were treated for the ash bore, they will need to be treated
    again this year.
3.  Also the treatment for the Japanese Beetles must be sprayed around all of our flowering trees.
4.  A couple of trees need to be removed and a couple were removed last year. We would like to replace some of
these trees with a type of flowering pear tree.
5.  Thatching was discussed but because of the sprinkler heads being knocked off, this may not be done.
6.  Reseeding will be done in certain areas.
7.  Gutter cleaning will be done in the spring. It got to late last year, so none were done in the fall.
8.  New batteries will be put in the rain sensor as some are not shutting off even if it's pouring down rain.
9.  We will buy mulch, for the common areas on the berms. We may ask for your help in spreading it.
10. There are some plants on the berms that need replaced. When the plants start coming up, we will decide then
    about replacements.
11. Paul Zimmerman brought up the grass at the end of the entrance oval where our new plants and our 'Greens'sign is.
Paul said, 'it never looks good'. His suggestion was to take the grass off and replace with rocks, no one disagreed ,but no
vote was taken on this item.
12. The board has allowed $250.00 for our front and common area flower pots.
13. $300.00 for other gardening supplies.
14. The board will continue to support the butterfly project.
15. Our Memorial, from the association, for the loss of a love one will now be $40.00.
16. We discussed our 'The Greens' sign out front. It has seen better days. But most of the board present felt it just
needs extra care and new paint. Elaine Blick volunteered to research sign painters to get their ideas on how it could be improved.
17. Garage sale will be Friday May 19 from 8-6. Saturday May 20 8-12.
18. Dumpster will arrive June 16th.
Meeting was adjourned at 8:20.p.m. Elaine Blick twig975@gmail.com
