Several dates for upcoming events were considered/decided on:
Meeting with The Greens Insurance Agent - Will look to schedule for May 31st or June 2nd. Will combine this meeting with the Neighborhood
Watch Program presentation. Fliers and emails will be distributed to all residents. The Insurance meeting is more an awareness and not an
event to address individual units and concerns. With the Neighborhood Watch Program, of the 48 residents in the association, we will need
75% of signatures to get this program in place. Attendance at this meeting is strongly encouraged.
Clean-Up date set for Sunday, May 15th, from 2-4PM.
Next Annual Meeting is set for Monday, October 10th at 7PM. Mary White will check with Hills Bank about the availability of the Hills Bank
conference room. This branch is located at the corner of Blairs Ferry and Edgewood Roads NE.
Next Board Meeting will be Monday, August 18th at the residence of Brian Barnes (1621) @ 7PM.
