President Jerry called the meeting to order. He stated this meeting is a continuation of the 11/06/19 Board meeting.
Jerry and Karol met with Greg and Zach today to discuss the yearly contract, and our concerns over various matters. Zach stated he has 500
employees for plowing and 200 employees for mowing. Alexis is in charge of the plowers.

We have a weed contract. If we desire weeds to be pulled, we will contact Greg's. If weeds are pulled, some residents will supply yardies so
that the weeds don't have to be hauled away. Greg's charges $50 per hour per man.

The current contract expires 03/31/2020. We need to give 60 days notice if we wish to cancel the contract. We pay a base price of $1,283.64
each month for plowing and lawn, plus $515 for additional plowing over ten trips. Greg's will spread ice melt after plowing, and especially at
the entrance area. Summer lawn care includes spring cleanup, fertilizer, weed killer, and two fall cleanups. There will be no increase in prices
for 2020. We have used Greg's service for several years and they have not increased the price. Jerry handed a letter to Greg, advising him that
they will be responsible for any damages to our property. Last year their plows damaged our guest parking and we paid $1,964.52 for the repair.
Jerry thanked the team who researched other mowing and lawn service companies. Elaine composed a letter and sent it to several companies. She
asked each if their company would be interested in working for us, and if they would like to make a bid for their service. No one has come out as
yet. After all the discussion, a motion was made and seconded to give Greg's another year. Motion passed.
