Meeting called to order at 7:00 P.M.
1.  The gutters and down spouts will be cleaned this fall. Brian is calling D & D.
2.  The pine trees on the East side will be checked and if they need trimming they will be trimmed.
3.  There will be salt put down at the front entrance and Larry has marked the fire hydrants to remind Greg's
     not to pile snow over the hydrants. Greg's will also be reminded of this.
4.  The Christmas Walk will be on Dec. 11th, hosted by Martha and Forrest Parks, Nancy Nissan and Paul and
     Donna Zimmerman. It will be from 5:00 until 7:30.
5.  The Chili Supper will be on February 28th, more details to come on this subject.
6.  The Greens Picnic will be held again next September.
7.  The dumpster will be back in the June timeframe and we will not have a garage sale this summer.
8.  We will mulch in the Spring and probably buy the mulch in bulk. We will revisit this again in the Spring.
9.  Karol Cooper said the October expenses are on the Greens Website. There was also some discussion on chronic
     delinquent late dues.
10. Brian Barnes motion to close the meeting and Bob Assink seconded it. Meeting was adjourned at 7:47 PM.
