Excused Absence: Bill Nixon, Elaine Read and Barb Patchke.

Paul called this meeting to meet everyone and welcome the new board members Martha Parks, Abby Smith and Barb Patchke.
Paul wanted to come up with priorities that need to be done this year and assign duties for different projects. We asked Board members
about concerns they had.
Martha said we need more communication. It would be nice to know when trimming is scheduled, leaves are picked up and gutter cleaning.
Sally wondered about Greg's contract but it is always renewed automatically. There were concerns about when it rains should the grass be cut.
Karol said the grounds are a major issue and suggested we invite Zach from Greg's to attend a meeting. Abby said we should put together a
plan to be able to discuss with Zach. When the weather gets warmer we will have Zach come over and go over the Green's area to address some
of the concerns and issues. Paul will get with Zach to get some dates when he would be available.
Bob Miller wanted to know if the Board Meeting could meet earlier especially with cold weather coming. Everyone agreed this would be a good
idea. He also suggested looking into the fake rocks that fit over the utilities boxes. John and Elaine Read have them in their yard.
Rosie said it looks like her retaining wall might be bulging some and could be caused by the Sprinklers. In the Spring Paul will check the
sprinklers to see if some can be turned off or have the time run shorter.
Karol said Larry usually marks the fire hydrants with flags and will ask if he would do this.
Karol also mentioned that she noticed a few houses that had mold on them. Abby said they recently had their siding cleaned and this person
has done quite a few houses in the Green's. She has his number if anyone needs it.
Abby said she attended a meeting where they talked about water shedding. The woman may have some good suggestions for the Commons area to get
rid of the water that pools in certain areas. Abby will check this out.
Elaine Blick is going to organize the Holiday Walk.
Martha and Sally will help with the Chili Supper.
Abby made a motion to adjourn the meeting and Bob seconded it.
