Green’s Board Meeting
October 28, 2013

President Larry Cooper opened the meeting at 7:02pm.
Karol reported that the treasurer’s report had not changed since the last meeting.
Unit 1522 is for sale and Betty Schulte will be leaving in December.

Insurance:
Larry reported that insurance for the Greens is going up in cost to about $20,000 a year.
He would like to open it up for bids to see if we can have the same coverage for a better price.
Millhouser-Smith came up with a quote of $18,754. After some discussion, it was decided to stay
with State Farm Insurance for now and continue to look at other companies. Some companies
don’t want to insure condos and we need to look for a policy that insures us with a one-time
deductable and gives us per occurrence coverage. We will meet again and Sally Taylor and
Brian will check with other companies for quotes.

Bylaws:
The new bylaws have been entered and recorded. They will be distributed to all the owners and
put on the website.

Holiday Walk:
December 15th will be the day of the holiday walk.

Larry suggested that Jack put an article in the newsletter regarding future maintenance issues and
the need to maintain a healthy balance for our association.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:45pm.
