Present:
All the Board of Directors and Officers met at Jerry Lentz's home.

Welcome remarks were made by President Jerry Lentz. The annual meeting minutes will be distributed to everyone and approved at next year's annual meeting as in the past.

Treasurer's Report and discussion: Sally Taylor presented the Treasurer's Report.

• Sally Taylor said that we haven't recovered financially from last winter's expenses. We have $5,600 in checking and just over $6,00 in CD's.

• Bill Nixon continues to work on the street light problems. (An update, they are all working.)

• Jerry is still working with the attorney for one of our neighbors to resolve her roof issue. A vote was taken to support the Board's last decision on this matter, and passed with 13 yes, 1 no. Lou Louwerse suggested that all new owners could meet with the Board to understand our covenants. Jerry said they could do that, but a paper copy would suffice. No action was taken about this.

• Bob Schmitz asked about a list of approved vendors, specifically the people who did our center court gardening refurbishment. They are Tony and Tricia Newhard.
• Bob Assink asked if we could install gutter covers. The back ones on his unit (1602) are too high for him to clean now. It was suggested that he get an estimate from Gary Cole, our siding contractor.
• Bill Nixon handed our slips of paper with our web page instructions and password.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:58 p.m.
