Paul Zimmerman, Donna Zimmerman, Brian Barnes and Sally Orf. Absent: Bill Nixon

Meeting was called to Order at 7:00 PM.

1. Karol gave treasurer's report. If you want detailed information you can go on the Green's website. The last major
expense was the roof on Mary Emerson's unit which was the last roof to be done. Karol was able to renew the three CD's
at 2.5% which is very good.

2. The Annual Green's Picnic will start around 5:00PM and we will eat about 6:00PM. The Picnic will be held in front
of Phyllis Anderson's home. Please bring your own chairs, table service, beverage and a dish to share. Bob and
Linda Miller are taking care of the meat this year and we are having pulled pork from Q Dogs.

3. The Annual Green's Board Meeting will be held at El Kahir Shriner's Club on Tuesday October 16th. The meeting will
begin at 6:30PM. The terms of Board members Rosie Turnis, Bob Assink and Jerry Bair will be completed. Larry Cooper
and Brian Barnes will not run for their positions of President and Vice President. Larry Cooper will put out an email
about the election process. If anyone needs a ride to El Kahir please let a board member know.

4. We also have two light poles that need to be replaced as they are damaged and are a safety hazard. Larry just put
an email out about it. We need to have these replaced as soon as possible.
