As a board member, Norm asked for a call meeting to discuss some changes to his unit. He asked the board
for permission to put in a Sun Tunnel, similar to a sky light, to bring in extra daylight for his kitchen. He passed
around information regarding the installation.

He will be responsible for maintaining it and will make any future owners aware of this requirement. The board
discussed the best way to do this and it was decided to write up a document which will be filed with the abstract.

Paul made a motion to approve the Sun Tunnel along with the document to be included with the abstract and Sally
seconded the motion. It will also be presented at the next regular board meeting.

Paul made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:30 pm.
