Paul Zimmerman – Annul picnic was great. Status of work on West End. There was more work than expected. l Cost was $6975.00 for west end
$4000.00 for commons area and $850.00 for Brian Barnes. Total cost was $11,975.00 The estimate was $1000.00 for Brian Barnes.
Elaine Blick made a motion to pay Tom Miller the extra $150.00 and Bill Nixon seconded it. Motion carried. There were 6 water connections
and 2 electric connections cut while doing the work in the commons area. Fleming charges $50.00 to come out and fix these.
New Business:
Karol Cooper – We have spent a lot of money this year with the water issues and tree trimming. Association insurance going up $5000.00 this year.
Elaine Read reported an area that cannot be walked on where the water issues were fixed and Paul and Karol will check on it.
There is a water issue in the front yards of Dave Nichols and Sandy Anderson.
Paul and several board members walked around the grounds with Zach and Seth from Greg’s to look at the damage the mowers have done. They came out
and put grass seed on the damaged areas. Seth will supervise the mowers from now on. They will be spraying for creeping Charlie, fungus and water
grass. There is an automatic contract renewal for Greg’s the end of March. Elaine Blick, Sally Orf, Rosie Turnis and Abbie Smith will check different
condo associations to see how their lawn care companies compare.
There were some lights out on interior condos and we will advise Lou Louwerse of the Problem.
There is a lot of dirt in the commons area that residents can get for their use.
The annual meeting will be held October 16th at St. Pius Church hall. The meeting will begin at 5:30 P.M. and should be over at by 8:00. Rides are
available. We still need a Vice President and Board members.
Karol Cooper made a motion to adjourn the meeting and Sally Orf seconded it. Motion carried and the meeting was adjourned at 3:30 P.M.
